  Brambles is a wonderful and welcome addition to the Merritt restaurant and cafe selection. The fresh bread really make their sandwiches extra tasty. Daily soup and and with specials keep things interesting. Bramble is worth making the trip downtown for a fresh and flavorful lunch.

  Visited Merritt last summer and tried all gluten free sweets in Brambles Bakery, and their gluten free bread. One word: Amazing!!!

  Great little bakery and cafe. We stopped by on our way to Sun Peaks so didn't spend too much time here, but the bathrooms were clean, coffee was great, and baked goods were nice. There was lots of choice and lots of toys for kids, which was a nice surprise.

  Amazing little bakery with superb staff. Well worth the drive off the highway to go visit. I make a point of going here whenever I drive through for either a snack or lunch. Baked goods and savory goods have been fantastic every time I've been so far.
